Returns
If your purchase is not suitable for you, then you may return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of you receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this could be your order number for example.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for example if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
We can exchange your item within the 30 days, of you receiving your item. To return your product, please send an email to sales@reignabouttown.com, and we shall send you an email with information and the returns address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service like My Hermes at www.myhermes.co.uk or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for an exchange, we will ship your new item to you.
Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@reignabouttown.com.
