This wonderful little set is made up of a sleep mask, a pouch and 4 crystals to help aid a good night's rest. 

The sleep mask and pouch are both made from upcycled denim jeans and lined with Rowan design cotton fabric. The comfortable sleep mask has fabric covered elastic and a couple of layers of wadding in the eye mask for padding. They also feature an Angel and Angel wings design on the front. The pouch can be pulled closed with the ribbon insert and is finished off with 2 charms.

The 4 crystals chosen are Hematite, Amethyst, Clear Quartz and Selenite. They come in their own little organza pouch with a small card explaining some of the properties of the crystals and some ideas on how to use them.
